Please note that while our booking offices follow the hours above, our buses operate on their published schedules which may include early morning and evening departures. How to Reach Us

Getting to our offices is straightforward no matter which city you are in. Below are directions to help you find your way to our main locations.

Kigali Head Office & Nyabugogo Terminal

From Kigali city centre, head north along KN 1 Road toward the Nyabugogo area. The Chez Manu House, where our head office is located, is a well-known landmark in the Nyarugenge district. Any moto-taxi or city bus heading to Nyabugogo can drop you within walking distance. The Nyabugogo Bus Terminal is located just a few minutes further along the same road. Look for the Trinity Express signage at the terminal entrance.

If you are arriving in Kigali from outside the city, the Nyabugogo terminal is typically the first stop for intercity buses. Our booking counter is clearly marked inside the terminal, and staff are available to assist you immediately upon arrival.

Kampala Office

The Namirembe Road office is located in the central business district of Kampala. From the Old Taxi Park, walk north along Namirembe Road for approximately five minutes. The office is situated on the ground floor of a commercial building with clear Trinity Express branding. Boda-bodas and matatus from across Kampala can bring you directly to Namirembe Road.

Nairobi Office

Our River Road office is in the downtown transport district of Nairobi. From the Kencom bus stop on Moi Avenue, walk east toward River Road — the office is approximately a ten-minute walk. Most matatus heading to the CBD pass through or near River Road. Look for the Trinity Express sign along the street.

Juba Offices

Both our Konyokonyo and Sharikat Port offices are located in well-known areas of Juba. The Konyokonyo office is near the main market, accessible by any taxi or boda-boda heading to the Konyokonyo commercial area. The Sharikat Port office is near the riverside and is a short ride from the city centre. Both locations have visible Trinity Express signage.
